Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us first at everydayessentials.world@gmail.com before sending anything back. Our team will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions based on your specific situation. Please do not send items back without first receiving instructions from us, as returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
